Vlasim

Only 20 minutes drive from the Načeradec Chateau is the town of Vlašim, which offers an ideal combination of history, nature and romance.

Castle Vlašim

Vlašim Castle was built by rebuilding a Gothic castle from 1303. In the 16th century it was transformed into a Renaissance mansion and in the 18th century it acquired the form we know today. The castle houses the Museum of Podblanicko with exhibitions dedicated to the history of the region and the area itself.

Castle Park

Vlašim Park, founded in the 18th century, is one of the best preserved romantic parks in Central Europe. On an area of around 70 hectares you will find the Chinese Pavilion, the Old Castle, the Samson statue and several Neo-Gothic gates. It is the perfect place for a slow walk, a picnic and a rest.
