At the top of Velký Blaník there is a wooden lookout tower offering wide views of the surrounding countryside. Opening hours vary according to the season, but it is worth a trip here at any time of the year.
The entrance fee to the lookout tower is symbolic and the route to the top is one of the most beautiful walks in the whole Podblanicko region.
From Louňovice pod Blaníkem there is a shorter and very popular route suitable for families with children. From Kondrace you can take the picturesque valley, which is a bit wilder and more romantic.
